METHOD
How we measure
- Questions: based on your product and market, e.g. "Which dental clinics in Taipei are recommended?". Phrased the way ordinary users ask, never containing your brand name.
- Asking: each question is asked 3 separate times on each engine. AI answers vary between runs, so a single answer is not representative.
- Scoring: we check whether the answer contains your brand name or aliases, its position in any list, and whether cited URLs are yours or third-party.
- Maths: mention rate = answers mentioning you ÷ valid answers, with a Wilson confidence interval. Small samples give wide intervals, and the report shows them as they are.

Questions
When does measurement start after payment?
We confirm your question set with you within 1 business day of payment, and weekly measurement starts once it is confirmed.
Can I choose the questions?
Yes. The question set is agreed with you at onboarding and can be adjusted later. We recommend phrasing questions the way ordinary users ask, without your brand name in them, otherwise the numbers do not reflect reality.
Why ask each question 3 times?
AI answers vary between runs. A single answer may or may not mention you by chance; repeated asking shows what is typical.
How do I cancel?
The subscription confirmation page has a Manage subscription button that opens Stripe’s subscription page, where you can cancel any time. You can also email support@redclawlabs.com and we will cancel it for you. Service continues to the end of the paid period, with no prorated refund.
Will the report guarantee my mention rate goes up?
No. GEO monitoring is a measurement tool that shows where you stand and how it changes. Mention rates depend on the AI engines and on content across the web, and we do not promise any particular number.
