Who provides the service

RedClaw Labs (redclawlabs.com, "we") is operated by RedClaw LLC. Contact: support@redclawlabs.com.

Services

• GEO monitoring: a monthly service that asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity the questions agreed with you every week and reports how your brand appears.
• Landing page build: a one-time service whose scope is what we both agree in writing before payment.
• RedClaw Academy: an online Meta ads course delivered for reading online.
• Free check: once per signed-in account per month, scored from ChatGPT’s answers to 3 questions; checking the same brand and domain again within 30 days shows the earlier result. Free checks are limited site-wide each day and pause when the day’s quota is used.

Accounts

• You sign in with an email link, no password. Keep your inbox secure: anyone who can receive the sign-in email can sign in.
• An account is for one person. We record hashed IP addresses while you read courses to detect sharing; if we suspect sharing we contact you first and never lock the account automatically.

Payment

• All payments are processed by Stripe. We never handle or store your card number.
• The price is the amount shown on the checkout page or payment link.
• GEO monitoring renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation and refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

What GEO monitoring measures

AI answers change over time and with wording and model versions. GEO monitoring reports the answers and statistics we actually obtained at the time of measurement, not how the engines will answer in future. We do not guarantee that your mention rate, ranking or any results will improve.

Landing page builds

• You confirm you have the right to use the text, images, trademarks and other materials you give us.
• Page content and use must comply with the law and with the ad policies of the platforms you advertise on. We may decline or stop work on unlawful content, with fees handled under the Refund Policy.
• Once delivered and paid for, the page code and design are yours to use; third-party packages and fonts remain under their own licences.

Online courses

• A course purchase grants a personal reading licence for the buyer only. Do not resell, publish or share your account. Paid chapters show the buyer’s email at the bottom.
• Course content is copyright RedClaw LLC.
• The course teaches how to do the work. It does not guarantee any ad results or income.

Prohibited use

• Automated bulk access, scraping or interfering with the site.
• Impersonating others or giving false details to buy a service.
• Using our services for unlawful purposes.

Liability

We work to keep the services running and the results accurate, but they are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any service is limited to the amount you actually paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue or opportunity.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the version number and effective date at the top change too. Continuing a paid subscription after a change means you accept the new version; we email paying customers about material changes.
