RedClawLabs

Privacy Policy

Version v1.1 · Effective 2026-09-20

This policy explains what data RedClaw Labs, operated by RedClaw LLC, collects, what it is used for, which providers process it, and how you can ask to see or delete it.

Data we collect

  • GEO monitoring subscription form: email, brand name, industry, main market, plus the time you ticked the terms box, the terms version, your IP address and browser information (User-Agent).
  • Landing page request form: name, the contact method and handle you choose (Telegram, LINE or email), industry, reference URL, wanted launch date, and browser information.
  • Payments: Stripe collects card and billing details. We only receive the payment result, email, amount and Stripe customer ID, never the full card number.
  • Account: the email you sign in with. After sign-in we set one necessary session cookie (httpOnly, 14 days), removed when you sign out.
  • Free check: the brand name, domain, industry and market you enter, plus hashed email and IP used to count checks and prevent abuse.
  • Online courses: purchases, reading progress and hashed IP addresses (to detect shared accounts). Paid chapters show the buyer’s email at the bottom. The time, terms version, IP and browser information of the consent tick at purchase are kept with the order.
  • Server logs: for operations and abuse prevention, our hosting provider logs IP addresses, browser information and access times.

Why we use it

  • To provide what you bought: set up GEO monitoring, confirm your questions, send reports and receipts, and agree landing page scope.
  • To keep transaction and consent records for accounting and payment disputes.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal data or pass it to advertisers.

Providers that process data

  • Stripe: payment processing.
  • Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore): storage of subscriptions, orders and form submissions.
  • Vercel: website hosting and server logs.
  • Cloudflare: DNS and forwarding of the support mailbox.
  • Google Firebase Authentication: accounts and sign-in.
  • OpenAI, Google (Gemini), Perplexity: the free check (ChatGPT only) and paid monitoring send questions (written from your industry and market, never containing your email) to these AI services’ APIs.
  • Zoho Mail: transactional email such as sign-in links.
  • Telegram: new requests and subscriptions are sent to our staff as messages containing what you entered in the form.

These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses only the cookie needed to keep you signed in; it currently uses no analytics or advertising cookies. If we add an analytics tool such as Google Analytics 4, we will update this policy first, list the tool and its purpose, and change the version number. Stripe’s payment page uses cookies it needs under Stripe’s own policy.

How long we keep it

Subscription and transaction records are kept for the life of the service and then for as long as accounting and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete request-form data that did not lead to a purchase at any time.

Your rights

Email support@redclawlabs.com to see, correct or delete your personal data, except transaction records we are legally required to keep.

Changes

When this policy changes, the version number and effective date at the top change too.
